Mr. Gallagher has specialized in representing banking institutions in commercial real estate transactions and litigation matters. Mr. Gallagher's real estate lending practice has included a significant range of matters, including loan participations, mezzanine and high yield financings, construction lending, leasehold financings, and equity sharing arrangements. Mr. Gallagher has considerable experience and expertise in loan collection, foreclosure, workouts, real estate insolvency and related litigation. Other practice areas include acquisition, development and financing of low income housing, construction law, cooperative and condominium law, conveyancing, leasing and general commercial litigation.
